COVID-19 POLICIES AND RESTAURANT PROTOCOLS

During this time, we are doing all that we can to keep both our customers and staff as safe as possible.

In order to achieve this, we are doing the following:

  • Each and every guest’s temperature is checked on arrival, as per government regulations.
  • Single use drinks menus are printed for each table. We do not have a food menu as the explanation of sourcing of ingredients forms an integral part of our offering and all dishes are explained on arrival to the table.
  • Your table, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware and anything brought to your table has been sanitised.
  • Blankets provided (for either keeping warm or lying on the grass during or after lunch) are washed every day after being used.
  • Bathrooms are sanitised regularly- disposable/single use paper hand towels as well as small/individual material towels are provided for the drying of hands.
    – Sanitiser is also provided upon entry to the restaurant, as well as in the bathrooms and when making payment.
  • Employees wear cloth masks at all times. Guests are expected to wear masks at all times except when seated at their tables.
  • Social distancing is adhered to at all times.
    – When seated outside, tables are spaced at least ten meters apart. When seated inside (due to rain/unpleasant weather), tables are spaced at least two to three meters apart.

We will continue to do all we can to ensure that our restaurant is as safe as possible, for both guests and employees.
